About Our Chief Executive Officers (CEOs)

Earlene Marie Gary has worked in public services for more than 40 years. She takes pride in having more than 22 years of experience in real estate and more than 25 years as a federal civil servant for the Department of Health and Human Services.

She has served people in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area and Missouri, earning a highly respected reputation for quality service working with the latest technology. She is trained by the number-one real estate brokerage, Coldwell Banker Realty – Gundaker.


Earlene Gary also worked for the State of Illinois and Industrial Commission. As of January 2020, she is a Missouri Notary Public. She considers being a Christian as her most important description. She enjoys doing community services and church outreach programs.


HomeArk is the parent of our Innovative mobile retail company, STEPPIN N STYLE. Earlene and her co-CEO, Tony Gary, have a reputation as one of St. Louis' premier small business and mobile retail outlet owners. Tony is a cordial but aggressive in marketing our purses, shoes, boots, and various high-fashion merchandise. Our clients call us again and again!

Earlene is currently affiliated with Keller Williams Realty and was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty for over 24 yrs. We assist clients with the purchase, sale, and leasing of their homes. Our team helps them in listing and selling their properties. We also guide them through the process of home search and purchase.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consulting with clients on how to sell their home quickly at a good market value
  • Take clients on home tours and attend open houses
  • Offer advice on how to market a home for sale to make it unique within the real estate and investment market
  • Mediate all negotiations between buyers and sellers and communicate with fellow real estate agents to represent each client's best interests
  • Understand the local real estate market and be informed on recent home sales to prepare current market analysis

Qualifications

We are looking for professionals who can work as a real estate agent. To be qualified for this position, you must have (or obtain) a real estate license and a driver's license. You must also have attended state-authorized training. Passing a state and/or federal test is required to get certified. Many third-party educational institutions provide fee-based training.
